BENJAMIN J. KLEMANOWICZ, Jr., founded the firm in 1962. Ben participates in all areas of the firm’s practice. Ben earned his B.A. from Villanova University in 1957 and his J.D. from New York Law School in 1962. Throughout his long career, he has represented, and continues to represent, numerous financial institutions, major corporations and individual clients of all types. Ben has a long standing commitment to making legal services available to as many people as possible through group legal services. He is proud to be a provider of legal services to the members of Local 282 of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and Local 138 of the International Union of Operating Engineers.

KAREN B. HOLMQUIST has been with the firm since 1993. Her primary practice area is matrimonial and family law litigation. She also has extensive knowledge and experience in elder law planning, wills and estates. Karen earned her B.A. and B.S. from the University of New York at Buffalo in 1976 and her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 1982. Throughout her legal career, Karen has been named pro bono attorney of the year and she has been a Certified Divorce Mediator since 1992.

RICHARD VANDE STOUWE has been with the firm since 2002. His primary practice area is criminal trials and appeals and civil litigation. Richard also handles real estate transactions, wills and estates. Richard earned his B.A. at the College of Charleston, S.C. in 1982 and his J.D. from New York Law School in 1985. Richard has served as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings and Broome Counties. In private practice, he has represented several major insurance companies in the defense of fraudulent first party insurance claims.

ERIN LEIGH MUELLER joined the firm in 2007. Her primary practice area is real estate, criminal and civil litigation cases. Erin earned her B.A. from CW Post, Long Island University in 2001 and her J.D. from Touro College in 2004. In law school Erin interned at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office.  Since then she has handled a vast array of cases and legal issues.

JORDAN M. ENDLER joined the firm in 2014. His areas of focus include matrimonial and family Law, as well as real estate, elder law and estate planning.  He earned a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1999 and a Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School in 2003.  Mr. Endler is licensed to practice law in both New York and New Jersey.
